- Learn the foundations of Reiki including a brief history of Reiki and its principles
- Get an explanation of energy healing in every day terms
- Learn basic anatomy and hand positions for treatment
- Discover methods for self-healing
- Participate in a guided mediation to ground and center you
- Receive the level 1 Reiki attunement (an initiation that opens you - body, mind and spirit - to working with universal healing energy)
- Practice sensing your energy and the energy of others
- Receive an overview of the chakras and the aura, with associated colors and meanings
- Learn ways to manage your energy, clear your energy and balance your chakras
- Discuss ethics associated with practicing Reiki
You will receive a manual with Reiki techniques, illustrations, and information on the lessons listed above. You will also receive a certificate of completion for Reiki level 1.
This class is open to anyone who wants to learn self-healing, who is interested in bringing healing to others, has a fascination with energy work or just wants to learn something new! No prior experience is needed.

- Review the information learned in Reiki level 1
- Be introduced to the Reiki level 2 symbols, their meaning and uses
- Participate in a guided mediation to ground and center you
- Receive the level 2 Reiki attunement (opening you to work with Reiki energy on a deeper level)
- Practice giving and receiving a Reiki treatment
- Learn remote/distance healing and how to send Reiki energy long distance
- Receive an overview of practicing Reiki in a professional/business setting
You will receive a manual with Reiki techniques, illustrations, and information on the lessons listed above. You will also receive a certificate of completion for Reiki level 2.
This class is open only to those who have taken a level 1 Usui Reiki class. Proof of completion certificate must be given if you have taken a class with another instructor.
