In this in-person, hands-on class you will learn:

• The fundamentals of Reflexology including a brief history, terminology and benefits
• Anatomy and physiology of the foot and related body systems
• Reflexology zones, points and foot maps/charts
• Foot reflexology techniques and full foot protocols

This class also includes a Reflexology Handbook and hands-on practice time with detailed instruction.

This class is open to anyone who wants to learn self-healing, who is interested in bringing healing to others, has a fascination with Reflexology or just wants to learn something new! No prior experience is required. Class size is limited.
