Somatic Therapy
$120
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to healing that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It incorporates techniques that help individuals process and release stored tension, trauma, and emotional distress through bodily awareness, movement, breathwork, and touch. Sessions are 1 hour and can be done in-person at my office in Allen Park, MI or virtually.
Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release
$120
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER) are gentle, hands-on methods of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the central nervous system. With a focus on the fluid, tissue and bones surrounding the brain and spinal cord, these techniques release tension deep in the body to reduce pain, improve mood and focus, promote relaxation and stimulate the body's own natural ability to heal. Sessions are 1 hour and are done in-person at my office in Allen Park, MI.
Reiki
$120
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that balances the body's energy, reduces pain, promotes relaxation and increases one's life force energy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects. Sessions are 1 hour and can be done in-person at my office in Allen Park, MI or virtually.
Coaching/Mentoring
$120
Coaching and Mentoring focuses on personal and/or professional development. Whether you need help changing your mindset, manifesting your dreams or evolving your Reiki practice, you will learn the tools you need to reach your goals. Sessions are 1 hour and can be done in-person at my office in Allen Park, MI or virtually.
Classes
Classes include Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, & Reiki Level 3 (Master/Teacher), as well as other courses. Be sure to check the "Classes" page for more information!
I specialize in working with adults and older teens who are experiencing chronic physical and emotional pain and dysfunction. I do not work with children under the age of 16. If you are looking for help for your young child, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to refer you to someone who specializes in working with infants and young children.

Policies:
Thank you for trusting me with your well-being. When you schedule an appointment with me, I set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require at least 24-hour notice. This gives me time to schedule other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. I understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
My policies regarding appointments, cancellations and reschedule requests and any associated fees are outlined below:
- New clients are required to prepay for their first session with a credit card. My booking and payment system (Square) will keep this card on file to be used in the event that you incur any late change/cancellation fees or no call/no show fees. I require a credit card on file for all clients. You will be asked to sign a credit card authorization form.
- I require at least 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. If you do not give at least 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations, it is considered a late change/cancellation and you will be charged a $25 fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
- If you do not contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment and do not show up for that appointment (no call/no show), you will be charged the full session price of your missed appointment. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
- If you wish to cancel an appointment that was prepaid, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a refund for the session price minus a $5 fee to cover credit card processing expenses. It will take 2-7 business days to receive your refund.
- If you are running late for your appointment, please contact me. Any time that you miss because you are late, will be forfeited. You will be responsible for the full session price. Depending on how late you are, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- My office is fragrance free. Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, essential oils, highly scented lotion, and highly scented hair products to your appointment. I have allergies and sensitivities to most of these products and may have a reaction. If you wear highly scented products to your appointment and I do have a reaction, I will need to stop your service and you will forfeit your remaining session time.
